Annie Ranger is a mother, wife, daughter, author, mindfulness and meditation coach, substitute teacher and Reiki Master Teacher. Throughout these roles, she has seen how beneficial it is to use mindfulness tools to stay present and ride the waves of stressful, challenging or unhappy times.
With a strong belief in whole child, whole family wellness, Annie’s loves to help people of all ages become the healthiest, happiest, most successful versions of themselves. Through her writings, one-on-one sessions, workshops, and school enrichment programs, she teaches others, especially children and their families, how to shift their energy in a way that harnesses their own power and raises awareness and vibration.
