Annie Ranger is a mother, wife, daughter, author, mindfulness and meditation coach, and Reiki Master Teacher. Throughout these roles, she has seen how beneficial it is to use mindfulness tools to stay present and ride the waves of stressful, challenging or unhappy times.
With a strong belief in whole child, whole family wellness, Annie’s focus is to help people of all ages become the healthiest, happiest, most successful versions of themselves. Through her writings, one-on-one sessions, workshops, and school enrichment programs, she teaches others, especially children and their families, how to shift their energy in a way that harnesses their own power and raises awareness and vibration. During her career, she has helped to bring about big shifts with herself, her family and her clients.
